How to "backup" a directory

Hey guys, is there any application that lets you backup to multiple DVD-R blanks? Lets say I have a 10GB folder and I want it to fit on 3 DVD5 blanks. I know I can use WinRAR etc, but it's easier to do it via directories..

You can use Toast Titanium and it will allow you to do that.

If you're a .Mac member, .Mac Backup will do that.

If you're not, then LaCie's SilverKeeper (formerly SilverLining) works well.
