Are you sure that's not a prorated amount? It looks like they charged you for a couple of weeks for the first month, and a full second month.

Mine was over $200. I only have the 900 minute plan with unlimited data and 200 sms

I didn't go over minutes or messages. I'm still waiting for an explanation from AT&T
