PS3 or XBOX on iMac

Is there a way to plug a Playstation 3 or XBOX360 to view through an iMac? Digital, not analogue.
 
There are various EyeTV devices that allow you to plug in external devices and get zero lag. Don't know which models but I'm sure their website will have the details.
