I have been spending the evening downloading recorded tv-shows and movies from my DVR to my MBP, using MPEG Streamclip. And everything seemed to be working fine. But I just noticed that not all of the files I downloaded from the DVR did not appear in Finder. I have a folder where I downloaded those files, and first 10 of them appeared like they should.
Now, even thopugh the files are not in Finder, they ARE there. I know this because I can load MPEG Streamclip, and open that folder in that app, and there the files are listed, and I can play them back if I want to. But if I open that folder in Finder, some of the files are missing.
What gives?
EDIT: I logged out and back in, and the files appear like they should. But still: any ideas what could have caused this?
