I recently (two days ago) got a new 20" imac... I'm a college student so it came with a free ipod nano in addition to a free printer. Since I already have a fairly decent canon photo printer, and an iPhone, I was going to sell the printer and ipod nano to help subsidize the cost.

However, I will be out of the country this Friday, for about a week, so I won't be able to ebay the ipod nano. Since the Sept. 5th event is coming up... should I hurry and ebay the nano in the next 48 hours (still have to do the rebates too), or take my time when I get back and risk a price drop?

In my opinion - the sooner the better.

You could alway put it on Craigslist and leave the iPod w/ a buddy...so if you get a buyer they can meet w/ them and do the exchange. (Take CASH ONLY!)

If you don't get any good offers, throw it on e-bay when you get home.

Craigslist tends to bring in more money if you're patient...plus, it's FREE!

Just remember, you can't sell it as new because you have to take out the UPC label.

Yeah, you can sell it as new...the iPod has never been used.

Try selling it to someone in your college.
I'm sure u have a friend whose friends' friend is looking to buy an iPod!
Also, put it on Craigslist.....those things get zapped in just a couple of days!
