iMac Shipping Question

So i ordered my imac on the 19th...baseline 2.0ghz

It was shipped on the 29th...with 2-3 day shipping!(sorry mistake thanks guys)


Aug 29th 9:24PM In Transit SHANGHAI CN



So is there any change it will be here before the long weekend?

The Estimated Delievery on FedEx says

Aug 31, 2007 by 6:00 PM

Anyone? Think it will come on Fri?...because holiday is Monday(no fedex Correct?)
and School Tues!

And im Located in London,Ontario,Canada?

id say you've got a 50/50 chance to get it friday.

Once my iMac had shipped from China (air freight) i had it within 2 days.

mine got to anchorage about an hour ago,
estimated shipping is friday,
and im hoping it comes.
i have it being sent to my work,
and i work friday,
holiday monday,
and school tuesday...
lets hope its friday then;)

I don't think the Fedex Express service delivers on Saturdays...

But isn't the 31st a Friday?

If Fedex says it is coming on the 31st, you can bet it will be there by then or earlier.

I just got my 24" early today. It wasn't expected until tomorrow. I called FedEX and they said it was coming a day early. There's a decent chance you will get it for the holiday weekend.:)

Damn, mine went to Indianapolis IN, but it looks like I will be getting mine the 30th...

Ordered the 15th and I live in FL.


P.S. Apple credited my account for $100 since it shipped a day late.

Man, I wished they shipped all my computers late so I could get that discount!

Yeah, there might be some small delay through Customs.
But at least it's close and on its way.

I know what you mean by calling in sick cause I haven't been able to pull myself away since it arrived! lol!

In fact my wife had to slide my dinner under the door cause she knew I was in my laboratory with my greatest scientific achievment.

then it would fly to Missasauga(say 4 hours tops)

then drive to London,Ontario (2hour drive)
