Transfer Windows formatted iPod music to new iMac

Is there any way of doing this? I have my ipod formatted for Windows and I want to be able to transfer all the music over to my iMac.

Please tell me this is possible..and if so how.
 
Install Senuti, when you plug your iPod in, iTunes is going to want to reformat it. So don't press anything in iTunes, goto Senuti and you should be able to transfer everything over... I think.
 
Thank you!! It worked. I was able to download all the music into my iTunes on my Mac, then I reformatted my iPod to Macintosh and was able to sync.

Life is good again.😀
