Need App to see latest additions to hard drive

I need an app that will list the latest things to be put on my hard-drive.

So if a proprietary downloader is used, I can see what the files were, and where they were put.

If I knew what they were called I could use finder, i guess, but I don't so just need to see a list in reverse chronological order.
