what theme is that?

he's using Liger but without the transparent menu bar. when you use the transparent menu bar it looks exactly like leopard (althought the finder doesnt, that would be impossible). i used it for a while and it was great. i stopped using it as you have to use shapeshifter and a few login items and also use "an assistive device" in universal access. also expose doesnt work properly with the transparent menu bar so i jsut stick to UNO now.
