WebSense Bypass

I know of the sites like Proxify, and the Peacefire organization that lets you browse the web, un-restricting you to be able to browse the internet to your hearts contempt. But, I want to know how you can bypass WenSense to get by iChat restrictions, Teamspeex restrictions, online multiplayer restrictions and so on and so forth.

Any words of help would be greatly welcomed.
