I'm wondering if anyone can help me identify an audio file that I've had for a while. I got it off of a Bonus CD that came with Roxio's Toast 5. The mp3 file had no ID3 tags except for a track title "Kramer". It is a recording of a solo piano piece that is quite energetic, sounds contemporary, and the pianist has a very strong left hand.

The specs of the original file:
Title: Kramer
Duration: 5:20
128 kbps MP3

I've reencoded the first minute of it and attached it below...any insight is appreciated.

If it's piano solo and has "Kramer" with it, my first guess would be something by Ernest Kramer, though I don't recognize it.

Any ideas on where I could go to hear samples of Ernest Kramer music?

There's a Dr. Ernest Kramer who is a music professor at Northwest Missouri State University. He's a pianist and a composer, so it very well could be by him. Here's a link (http://catpages.nwmissouri.edu/m/KRAMER/)to his page on the university website (caution: this page is frighteningly '90's. Just proof that some people should not be allowed to create their own websites).

I have that same song and have wondered myself. I forgot where I originally got it until I saw your post. Anyway, I'm wondering if you ever figured out who the artist/composer is. I tried searching iTunes for "Kramer" until I couldn't take it anymore. :-)
