No, it's not Steven Chen. Besides, the guy in the video is dressed like a Genius. I'm guessing he's an actual Apple employee (Genius of the month perhaps), or a hired actor.

Actually, I don't think he's an actor. His gestures are a bit too strong for what he's saying, although he's a very good speaker.
