Is it 14 or 30 days return policy?

I thought the sales lady at AT&T told me 30 days to try it out when I bought it? Am I wrong on this since I see most of you posting 14 days? She did mention the 10% restocking fee though.

14 days for the phone, 30 days for AT&T service.
