What was I thinking! I didn't think I'd like the new iPods, especially with the rumors of that Nano (I think it's hideous, but that's just me). But then I watched the Keynote and I'm totally drooling over that iPod touch. So now I'm here selling my 5G iPod Video.

Here's the story about this iPod. I bought it used and decided to take off the scratched up black casing and replace it with a white one since I saw replacements on eBay, but kept the black click wheel on. The back was also scratched up so I put a huge black sticker on the back.

I've only used it in my car with a Belkin Tunebase FM. I'm deciding to also include the Tunebase FM along with everything I have with it (all the other little dock inserts, box, etc.). This was originally $79.99.

I don't have any other accessories to go along with it. Basically it's the iPod and the FM transmitter up for grabs. I'll sell the set for $150 shipped OBO. Remember OBO!! So make an offer! If you just want the iPod, I'm thinking $110 shipped, but again it's OBO. It'll ship USPS Priority with Delivery Confirmation. I do have the auction up on eBay as well but will take it down if I can sell it here. :)

I've lowered the price for anyone interested. Someone make an offer.

You said the back was scratched as well so you stuck a sticker on it? I'd like to see pictures of the back--which appears to be an important part of the offer puzzle.

There's the back with the sticker on it.

that looks amazingly cool, that wouldn't void your warranty would it? is that hard to do?

oh, it definitely voided the warranty. i just got bored and decided to do that. i followed one of the guides on ifixit, so it's not like i blindly attempted this. the guys at the apple store definitely loved the little mod, though. :p

I'm considering it, do you think you could do 100 for the ipod?

or maybe 130 for the set?
