improper planning is believed to be one of the causes, they civic authorities were digging up right beside the base of the pillars for laying a pipeline(NO one stopped em) it rained hard yesterday and this led to instability in the structure .And yes its now turned to a political battle .The city is in such big mess.Aug 25-- twin terrorist bomb blasts
