so last feb i got a iPod nano for my birthday from bestbuy. They bought one of those coverage plans from them (2 year).
Last week, my iPod's screen cracked. People at bestbuy say they won't take it back (they think i broke it), unless I can find an Apple released statement about recalls/known defects, etc.
I know there has been a lot of trouble with first gen iPod nano screens, but has there ever been a statement or recall? A link would be greatly appreciated 🙂 thanks!
