I hadn't seen a single pop-under ad in months, or for at least as long as I've been using Safari -- until late this week. Now I'm seeing them regularly. Does anybody know what's up with this?

Yeah if not, delete your prefs and then re-apply the settings.
Sites aren't getting any smarter with popups... sorry... ;)

cmd-k is the simple way to toggle popup-blocking. i have accidentally toggled it myself before. just check the drop-down menu from "Safari" in the menubar to doublecheck if it's off or on.

No pop-ups here. I agree with everyone else, maybe you shut off the option by accident.

Are you sure they're pop-ups and not pop-unders? I get them on some sites, and they anger me because I quickly press Command+W to close them, but I close the window I want to see.

So does the Safari installer put a suck bug into IE making it create triple the pop-ups and run one-third it's previous speed, or does Safari just make IE look pathetic?

Okay, I feel kind of silly. I must have somehow accidently turned off the blocker in the preferences.
They were pop-under windows, btw. Most of them seemed to turn up after leaving a Yahoo page.
Thank for the help! :)
