Anyone own Bose Companion 2 speakers?

I use these speakers with my Macbook Pro and they are quite amazing, but is it normal for the right speaker to get a bit toasty on the top even if music is not playing?

Anyone? I just noticed that the right speaker is emitting a very weird smell. Circuitry burning up perhaps? They still work fine, just the right speaker gets really warm on top.

I don't have theses speakers, but I would call Bose and see what they say about your heat problem
