New wireless keyboard shipped

I ordered the new wireless keyboard a few days after it was annouced. Mine shipped earlier today and is supposed to be here Friday. It is shipping from China.

hopefully this means the apple's freestanding stores will have them in stock next week after we get our $100 iphone rebates.

Yeah, no number pad. It's essentially a laptop-style keyboard.

Dang, that's a heckuva backlog! Makes you wonder if the retail stores will have any for sale at all. Or maybe they will and orders are being put off. :confused:

I'd like to know about the performance of the wireless keyboard, whenever someone has had theirs delivered :) Its such a long time to wait, if its not worth it I have a good mind to cancel and get the wired which I could have within a day.
