iMovie '08 Titles Question

Hi,

I am trying to add a photo as a background to a title in iMovie '08. At the moment it has just solid black as a backdrop. How do I do this? I have tried every combination of drag 'n' drop I can think of!

I drop the photo first. Then drop the title onto the photo.
If I do the other way, sometime get the black thing....
