I haven't got my IPod Touch yet (pre-ordered) but I'm dying to make use of the ability to record TV shows using EyeTV on my iMac, then selecting the recorded show and exporting it to iTunes via a single click on the EyeTV iPod icon. I'm assuming the show will end up on the Touch after a sync! I've already got several recorded shows under the iTunes TV section.
