Could any of you new owners list the languages available in the control panel of the iPod Touch?

I think this is what you mean.

Under settings/general/international/language:

English(duh)
Francais
Deutsch
Nederlands
Italiano
Espanol
Portugues
Dansk
Suomi
Norsk Bokmal
Svenska
Pyccknn
Polski

Then a bunch of asian stuff
