jailbreak?

Has anyone tried to jailbreak ther touch yet?

I know there was a problem with getting it into revovery mode once starting to jailbreak, was hoping ther would be a solution but have not found it. I wanna get Mail on this before i leave town for the weekend.

The website linked to rather prematurely claims it's all fine and works great and here's how to get Mail on your Touch, but if you read the comments you'll discover it doesn't actually work at all.

I expect that will change but for now - no go.
