Oops.. Purchased iPod Game which won't work..

I purchased the mini golf game off iTunes and I didn't realise it won't work on my iPod Nano (with video)!!

Is there any way to get a refund or something as I don't have a 5G iPod Video - which is the only iPod the game works on?

As far as I know, there is not way to return a download. Did you try to sync it to your iPod just in case, or did you already do that?

You can go to the iTunes support page and let them know what happened. Depending you may be able to get a refund. I did this once when I downloaded the wrong version of an album. You may have luck and you may not. depends on the rep I think as it is not Apple's policy to do this.

ahh.. it took me a while to find that support link in itunes, but i have now fired off an email explaining what happene and waiting for a response.

even if they give me the 3.99 store credit so i can buy a game which does work on the new nano i would be happy :)
