Because of the Form of Payment used I cannot cancel my Order online. And when I call Customer service to do so, because they are so busy eating cfrow over the Iphone Rebates I keep getting transferred to sales and I end up being transferred back and on hold another 15min, this has happened three times with almost an hour hold time. So I'm giving up. Does anyone know, when the touch ships and I get it, if I immediately bring it back to the apple store, unopened, will I get a full refund? Or will I be charged something. Apple has really screwed up of late, with refunds, Inferior build quality, not the biggest fan right now.
