Is there any way to capture these files? I have CS3 Flash if that is any help.

If you want to capture a .swf flash animation, your best bet is to buy a copy of SnapZ Pro X.

This may not work, but it's the method I use on YouTube-
1. Let the video load.
2. Open the activity window, and double click on the video file within the list.
3. Open iSquint (a freeware app), drag the downloaded file from the desktop into iSquint, hit convert, and hey presto- an mp4 file of the flash video.
