loading DVD studio pro 2 upgrade??

Hi all,
I have DVD studio pro 1.52 loaded and I am planning on purchasing the 2.0 upgrade. Do I need the original CD's that version 1.5 came on to install the upgrade? We have recently moved, and I may have lost the CD's :( . I am hoping it will find the installed version and then do the upgrade. I just want to make sure before purchasing.

no - it justs needs your serial number.
get it by running DVDSP then going to "About DVDSP" under DVDSP in the menu. It is at the bottom left of the dialog.

*replace DVDSP with DVD Studio Pro

I know w/FCP it will ask for the original discs during the upgrade. I don't know if DVDSP is different or not.
