Yamaha DGX520 – good starting keyboard?

Is the Yamaha DGX520 a good starting keyboard? Anyone have any experience with it? Here's a link (http://preview.tinyurl.com/2tx2n6) to the US amazon site showing it. It has weighted keys which I hear are good for learning.
