Whats the best free video software for the ipod touch that can output at the maximum settings??🙂😎🙄😱

The best application to use in my opinion is SUPER (if you have Windows). iTunes can convert files. You might want to try virtual dub too, though I am unsure what file formats it supports.

I use ATI's AVIVO video converter:

I use the PSP video setting, quality isn't crazy, but it's FAST (45 min TV show in 5 min).
