I am selling my 3rd generation iPod (4 touch buttons above scroll wheel). But idk how much I should ask for from people. One guy offered me 50, and I thought that was way too cheap. Ive had it for a little less then 2 years, it has scratches, but works perfectly. Any ideas on how much I should sell it for?

Your help will be appreciated.
Thanks!:apple:

50 is actually a pretty fair price for a two year old fair condition ipod.
Considering you can get them on ebay in same shape for $20 or so.

I agree, its a fair price. I can't see you getting more than $75 at most... and thats if you find a sucker. I recently sold my 60GB 5G iPod for about $125, which was fine with me :)

yeah, i got it for my birthday in 2005, and my dad bought it when it was on clearance, online. So im looking at around the 50-75$ range?

Any buyers on here interested?

sorry about that, I guess time flew by, its 3-4 years old. Didnt seem that long. Other than age it works fine, don't know about battery life, I need to run a test on that.

I would have people name there price for you. Just find people interested in buying and tell them to name there price. $50 is pretty good, i personally love the 3G design! Good luck with this.
