"Negative Black" on BOTH models?

Is this screen issue affecting both the 8 and 16GB models, or just one of the two? I haven't read a review of any 8GB models, and the stores in my area only have the 16GB in stock (mainly just the apple store).

As an aside....I pre-ordered from Apple.com, and it hasn't shipped yet (It the 8GB). If it has an issue, can I return it to an Apple store, or do I have to go through the website?

They both use the same screen and both have the issue.

the blacks on my 8gb only look negative at certain angles. it seems fine to me because my macbook screen does that as well. the ipod however doesn't have negative black issues in natural light.
