iTunes does not support Yahoo Calendar for Sync. You need to find a program to either Sync Yahoo Calendar with iCal (MAC) or Outlook (Windows). I found a program to Sync Google Calendar with Outlook Calendar and then Sync Outlook Calendar with iPhone via iTunes.
