...I FINALLY upgraded to OS X 4 tonight...and everything is great...only weird glitch is SOME .psd files ( under 20 megs or so ) ...don't have a preview on them...I just clik it and get the four languages thingy about this image being a PS doc.

any suggestions ?

Just a thought, but are you sure they're definitely PSD files and not some other file format that may have potentially had their file suffix incorrectly edited?

I had to request a client to resend me some original PSD files, rather than the TIFF files they had furnished me with, obviously the difference was lost on my client, because they were somewhat mistakenly under the impression that simply editing the file suffix from .tif to .psd would solve the problem. It didn't of course (apart from them still being the wrong files) I couldn't even open them.

Just a thought.

they are defintly PSD's

I cant figure out why the PSD's are previewing as " This layered Photoshop file was not saved with a composite Image"

But previously they were all working...

anyone ?

Hmm, if only there were a way to search all of the web for this error message and see if it's happened to anyone else...
