wow. I was just using the iPod in my iPhone and it sounds crappy. Everything sounds crappy. Is this a warranty issue or am I on my own? Any advice??!!!

I would just go into apple and say the speaker stopped working, see what they say.

Do you mean you blew the speaker within the iPhone or it sounds like crap in headphones?

I had the same issue. Turn off the "sound check" and "eq" in settings--it will sound much better. Some songs with lots-o-bass or poor recording quality
sound like crap. I have listened to 3 iphones and they all sound the same to me ...these speakers are junk.

totally agree...turn off eq and you should be good. and yes the speakers are junk.
