This keyboard has been mentioned BRIEFLY in other posts on this forum, but no real user experience has been discovered.

I would like to hear from anyone actually using this keyboard and take advantagen of knowledge gained from real users.

The keyboard is high-priced, but might be worth the extra $.

One model, I believe has a footpad. That strikes me as odd, but maybe (again) I am missing something.

The Internet offereings state that the keyboard is complete Mac compatible . . . . and that it has programmable keys.

Please, if you are using that keyboard, either comment here or email me privately before I spend almost $300 for a product I don't fully understand.

Thank, in advance, for your comments.
Regards,
L

Did a google search http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=Kinesis+Advantage+Keyboard+&btnG=Google+Search....hmmmmm interesting find! looks like a good key board to me and I have not the time to see this http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://www.atpm.com/9.01/images/kinesis-foot-pedal.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.atpm.com/9.01/kinesis.shtml&h=257&w=240&sz=30&hl=en&start=16&um=1&tbnid=XjrayXplDGDx9M:&tbnh=112&tbnw=105&prev=/images%3Fq%3DKinesis%2BAdvantage%2BKeyboard%2B%26svnum%3D10%26um%3D1%26hl%3Den%26sa%3DN in it's entirety due to the fact that I'm at work 🙁
But it looks like it's mac friendly!!

yeah I know, It looks very interestingly fun! The only "ergonomic" key board i have used is the Windows "ergonomic" and now the Dell ones that come with the Optiplex......sad really, sad....

I couldn't live without my comfortcurve keyboard even though it is an MS product. I would however, love to have one of the Kinesis ones. They look kind of silly but I bet they are great to type on.

After reading the specs and looking at the details in many pictures (There is even a demo on YouTube) I am convinced that with a little practice this could be a dyn-o-myte keyboard.

Follow-up

Well, I purchased one, and it will be here October 12. I'll report back on my experience . . . . if anyone is interested. 🙂

Nothing personal, but I am "over" ergo keyboards, and have been for a long time. But, you know, to each his/her own, I suppose.
