Completely erasing programs!

Hey guys got a question. I am trying to install Adobe CS3 and It says I cannot install some programs because I already have them installed(Trial Version).
Are there any good free programs that fully erase programs so I can reinstall. I dumped the Trial version program but it still says some elements are left behind. thanks

Go Here. Also note: it says to back up your hard drive. While I did not have any data loss, it's not a bad idea to make sure you have at least your essentials.
