viewing uptime, etc. for a site you don't own?

i am considering swapping hosts back to Media Temple after a bad run when their grid server started up. is there any way to see stats for a website that i do not own that is hosted on their servers? all i want is basics like uptime, access time, etc. for the past few weeks/months/whatever. nothing beyond that.

Try www.netcraft.com, have a look at sites on that netblock owner, you have to find a site that's hosted on theirs but will give u a pretty graph.
