iMac/iTunes - Canceling Disc Burn Longer than Expected

That's an awfully descriptive title.

I was burning a CD in iTunes on my new iMac and, seeing I selected the wrong playlist, canceled the burn. iTunes then went on for 40 minutes, saying that it'd be done in one or two.

The CD doesn't appear in the finder, so I don't know what to do.

Should I force quit, restart?

Please let me know. I'd appreciate any help.

Next to F12 key. If that doesn't eject it, do a restart.

BTW, if you started the burn process, that CD is toast.

A ruined CD is fine. The iMac's drive is more important.
