Hi! Suddenly I've become interested in one question. What is your biggest pet peeves? As for me, I don't like rudeness concerning servers, when clients think that if they pay money, they can do everything with waiters or serving personnel. What about you?
 
my biggest pet peeve is when newbies join a forum and make some moronic post in the hopes that it brings traffic to the link in their signature.

but thats just me.
 
People who cut contact with you with no explanation, admittedly I've been guilty of this myself in the past but with damn good reason.
 
Inconsistency. If you're going to treat me one way one day, you better damn well treat me that way the next.

What are my biggest pet peeves? 😉

I'm on the opposite side. Servers are far too rude and inefficient and still, they expect a big tip. People in fast food places seem to be talking aimlessly when there are dirty tables and dirty counters.

Oh, and spelling and grammar problems, too. 😀
 
If a server is going a good job serving me they will get a good tip, I don't think they deserve a big tip by default.

Looks like we have some RW Emerson fans! 😀

While I agree that every day is different, people's attitudes toward those with whom they interact daily don't change that dramatically overnight. If they do change that dramatically, then I'd prefer not to be exposed to them anyway.
 
A) Consuming any sort of nourishment or nourishment replacement whilst having one's oval cavity open to the public. That just annoys the sanity out of me.
B) Someone tapping on my chair with their foot.
C) Windows Vista.
 
ruddness doesn't get me...lots of the time, politeness seems like a waste of time to me.

Biggest Pet Peeve...Spiteful, petty, pathetic people who just don't have any emotional intelligence whatsoever...I could go on and on because these types of people twist every little thing someone says around causing senseless drama. 😡

Well I am going to have to comment on the server topic too since I always get some of the worst ones...I like servers that are nice, but not the ones that are too nice and want to stand there hovering and talking...like GO AWAY PLEASE! Or the ones that take forever to come back and all you need to do is PAY!

My pet peeve is smokers. Especially around childcare centres. I live near one and I always see the one parent lighting up while waiting for her kid.
 
People who make a point of having pet peeves, and deciding that they are going to let certain things that are really pretty un-important mess up their day.

example-
*People who find someone else whispering in a movie to be a huuuuge deal, if you really have that much of a problem with something like that I'm betting that your making a point of having a problem with it.
