Don't know if this is by design, but my Touch's home button is loose.. Maybe it's always been this way but I just noticed it recently..
When I tap on the screen close to the button side, I can hear the button rattling, if I drag my finger lightly across the button surface, I can feel it moving around..
It's just kind of annoying when I tap on the screen, the ipod feels like a solid piece of glass, only except when it's close to the button when it rattles and that sense of "solidity" goes away..
