iPod touch BestBuy help...week 38ish....

blacks look terrible on my screen and i have to angle my iPod for them to look right. so i guess i have a bad screen.


i bought my iPod Touch september 15th, i have my receipt.

how/can i exchange my iPod Touch for one of the newer iPod Touches?

i got an 8GB and it has cornai balley rae laddy on the box.



i want a week 38 cuz.....i feel like i have an obsolete product.....

If you purchased it at best buy, can you exchange it at the Apple store and vice versa?

you buy it at BB-> you CAN exchange it at apple store

but not reverse

Interesting. I did not know that. Thanks for the info. I assume this applies to other Apple products (iMac, Mackbook etc)?

hey I saw in another forum how you refunded your ipod at best buy did they give you a full refund or charge you a restocking fee?

Sounds a little racist to me.

Nonetheless, if you have your receipt take it back, explain that its not working right and exchange it.

It's a hella lot worse than an obsolete product, it's a defective one! 🙄 honestly...

take it to the store and tell them you have the screen issues, a swap should be no problem.
