Quick Summerboard Theme Question

Hey i downloaded a Halo 3 theme over on modmyiphone.com and it downloaded as a .rar file, do i just put that into the themes folder like that through cyberduck or do i have to do something to it first?

You have to open it first, a rar file is like a zip archive, only different. If you search google you'll find a few free and a few paid rar file openers. Lots of stuff comes on rar files these days so it's best to pick something and keep it.

I use Stuffit, but the paid version, so that's obviously not for you on a whim.
