Options for messenging (msn, yahoo etc)

Tried last night to get MSN messenger online to run through safari but it said that the browser was not compatible.

Any other suggestions for getting the messenger style websites to work?

Safari doesn't support online MSN messenger (webmessenger.msn.com)
There are plenty of others to try though, search in google for online messaging or search through some threads.

Both have pretty good support for different protocols...
There are a few others but they only support AIM
