Not that this will change my decision to get a touch, but I was wondering if any games come installed?
If not I assume we will have to wait to download games when (if) the touch gets hacked

No, not yet.
I'm sure Doom will be running on it soon though. Doom runs on everything.
Enjoy the touch.

Many of them do too. I have used and tried many of the games there.BTW, not just games, many online applications.
Any wifi IPT user should bookmark http://appsafari.com

either that or http://www.appleopolis.com/ or http://www.appleopolis.com/desktop.php
depends on how you'd like to search for the apps. pretty sure they have mostly the same apps on each

The only games you can currently play on the Touch are ones supplied by Apple as web apps. To access these you must be able to connect the Wi Fi on your Touch, as you will need to use Safari to access the web apps.

If you jailbreak you can run NES and GBA emulators, SCUMMVM (which gives you access to some of the greatest games of all time, imo), iPhysics (not exactly a game, but the level editor has allowed people to make it a very cool one), and a bunch of other "smaller" games like various types of cards, sudoku, etc.
Jailbroken, the touch is actually a pretty slick game machine, as well as a decent PDA, and of course a great PMP.

So a jailbroken touch allows you to load and use applications and games that do not require wifi?
