I was looking at upgrading the hard drive in my MBP, because 120GB is getting to be way too small, and I came across this:
Fujitsu 300GB 4200RPM Hard Drive (http://www.fujitsu.com/global/services/computing/storage/hdd/mhdd/mhx2250bt-mhx2300bt.html)

I was wondering if anyone has experience with this hard drive, and how is the speed of it given that it is only 4200RPM? It is kinda pricey (I can find it for no less than $300) so I want to know if it is any good before I sink that kinda cash into upgrading.

For around $180-190 you can get a 250GB 5400RPM drive from Newegg, so not a whole lot smaller than the 300, but is faster and much cheaper

That hard drive is too tall to fit in the MacBook / MacBook Pro.

Try for the Western Digital 250GB external drive and pop it open and take that drive out. It'll suit you well.

Or just buy the stand alone 250GB Scorpio from Western Digital.
