ipod touch wont connect to wifi

I cant seem to connect to my wifi in my house. I go into the settings and click the router and make sure i have it all on. Do i need to tell it the ip address? I am not sure i just cant seem to connect

Is WEP or any thing like that on? If so you have to provide that infomation in your wifi settings.
