How can I adjust the default system fonts. As they are now, the text is a bit fuzzy and small text is really hard to read. I tried adjusting font smoothing, but it didn't help much. Is there an "Appearance" control panel simular to what OS 9 has?

Thanks

You are required to download and install this application: TinkerTool (http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/11967)

Once you have done so, go to
System Preferences >Other >TinkerTool >Font Smoothing

Adjust the settings accordingly to your needs.
