Questions about U.S. Wireless plans and Canada...

Attention all North Americans! I'm looking for a U.S. cellular provider that offers nationwide long distance including Canada (or at least Ontario and Quebec). I know that Fido offers plans for long distance minutes to the U.S. but that really doesn't help me since I don't live in Canada. Nextel advertises coast to coast wireless and has Ontario colored in on their map but makes no reference to whether or not it's included.

I'm not really looking for it right away... probably a year from now. Who knows.. it could be included in a year I suppose.
