Exchange Server - Issue Fixed

Big news (at least for me). The 1.1.1 update fixes the biggest Exchange Server IMAP issue. Messages you delete on the iPhone are now deleted from your Inbox. Also, messages now move correctly to different folders.

Just sharing for those other business users!!

It doesn't fix it for me 100%. My iPhone can successfully move the item from the Inbox to whatever folder I file away the message to. However, it appears that while the message is removed from the Inbox on my iPhone, it is NOT removed from my Inbox on Exchange.

Is this behavior similar to what you experience or no?

Mine moves (or deletes) the message on Exchange. I have verified it within Outlook and OWA. Make sure that you have the correct folder set under the mail settings - advanced for "Deleted Items". Good luck.

Did you select "Deleted Items" under the root ("/") or under the Inbox ("/INBOX") ?

Under advanced in the mail account settings the Deleted Mailbox is set to Deleted Items.
