iPod touch Order Now, what week?

If I lay an order now on the Apple site (US), would there be a chance of recieving Week 36/37 (Possibly defective) iPods? Or is this completely random depending on Stock?

I'm trying to get one shipped to US and then transfered to Canada (By a friend), its still cheaper by like $40.

Most of the time ones ordered online ship diretly from the factory in China, there is a chance that you could still get an older week but it is unlikely.

there should be no chance ...i ordered the 7th and im getting a week 38...so you will get a later week depending on when you order it

i ordered on the 21st and mine is shipping right now and it is week 38...:D
